About[edit | edit source]

Before heading to the Grand Finals at BlizzCon 2016, where they’ll compete for their share of a $250,000 prize pool, the top eight World of Warcraft Arena teams will clash during Opening Week in a best-of-five format. The Grand Final will ramp up the competition with best-of-seven bouts.

The first battle of each match will be fought in Nagrand Arena, and thereafter the losing team will choose and eligible map for the next game. Battles will end when one team is eliminated or when 25 minutes have elapsed.
